Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Salina, KS is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operator to safely operate forklifts, receive, store, and move palletized products in compliance with OSHA standards. You will pick and stage pallets to support trailer loading and maintain product flow to meet deadlines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+, 0–1 year of related experience, and familiarity with WMS and SAP. Work is on the 2nd shift (Thu–Sat & every other Wed), 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• WMS familiarity and ability to enter data daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products.
• Efficiently pick and stage pallets to support timely trailer loading.
• Maintain smooth product flow and accurate material movements.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report malfunctions.
• Support inventory counts and keep storage areas organized.
