Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a logistics/administrative support role reporting to the Distribution Manager. The position handles phone screening, clerical tasks, and data entry across scheduling and reporting systems to support multiple distribution locations.

The successful candidate will audit freight bills, price trucking activity, and generate routine traffic reports while maintaining information files and drafting management correspondence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified computer skills required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Above-average math skills for auditing freight bills.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter and proactive.

Aufgaben

• Answers, screens and directs telephone calls and takes appropriate action.
• Files, types and provides clerical support to the Distribution manager.
• Audits freight billing process (FTS).
• Prices daily trucking activity and monitors costs.
• Monitors and provides feedback for daily reporting compliance for all Distribution Locations.
• Compiles and generates daily, weekly and monthly traffic related reports.
• Maintains information files.
• Composes correspondence and reports for management as necessary.
• Enters data into Scheduling Program and other related databases as necessary.
• Assists with special projects.
