Hope Network / Millville Place is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 2nd shift, full-time on-site role in Michigan. The DSP supports individuals to build independence and participate in the community, focusing on safety, daily living, and health management.

You will collaborate with care teams, document plans, attend medical appointments, and help people pursue social, work, and educational goals. Wage starts at $17.13 per hour with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Valid Michigan driver’s license (required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (required).
• CPR/First Aid certification encouraged or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information to the care team.
• Help connect individuals to community activities and goals.
