Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years hands-on shop experience with hydraulic, electrical, and air pressure systems.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must provide and maintain basic hand and diagnostic tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background checks including MVR, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of equipment and mechanical systems.
• Execution: Carry out assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Equipment Operation: Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems.
• Material Handling: Manage parts, fluids, and disposal per regs.

• Communication: Share repair status and parts needs with operators.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete service reports and safety checklists.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Diagnose issues and adapt approaches to reduce downtime.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Maintain consistent attendance across shifts.
