You will inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and air systems, ensuring fleet uptime and compliance with safety standards.

You'll work hands-on on heavy equipment, communicate clearly with operators, and follow blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 2 years in a shop environment with hydraulic, electrical, and air systems.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Tools: Must provide and maintain basic hand and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of equipment and mechanical systems following safety protocols.
• Carry out assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks with accuracy.
• Operate diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems on sweepers, loaders, and backhoes.
• Handle components, lubricants, and fluids safely and dispose of used materials per regulations.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Communicate maintenance needs and status to operators and team members.
• Complete required documentation such as service reports and safety checklists.
