Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints.
Experience with die setup in brake press, stamping or injection molding.
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications for maximum productivity.
Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
Communicate problems pertaining to equipment and tooling to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
Coordinate with Machine Operators to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities during the shift.
Maintain reliable attendance.
Keep a safe, clean work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
