Qualifications

• Experience with printing and bindery equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret machine operating instructions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures around bindery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate bindery equipment.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate automatic adhesive binding machines as needed.
• Coordinate multiple work stations for a single machine.
• Direct crew through production processes.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
