Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to change.
• Requires 1–2 years directly related experience or 3 years of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/French/etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts one-on-one training with new hires on receiving, order picking, packing, shipping and replenishment following SOPs.
• Provides coaching and ongoing training with current associates, in collaboration with management and QA.
• Observes associates to ensure SOP compliance and training effectiveness.
• Mentors new hires and current team members.
• Ensures new policies are followed when implemented.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports hazards to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
