Job summary

DTNA in Buford, GA is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead second shift outbound dedicated delivery operations, ensuring route departure adherence, accurate picking, and safe, efficient workflow.

You will coach hourly team members, manage staffing, align with carrier partners to meet cut-off times, coach on Lean practices, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 6 years of distribution supervisory experience.
• 2-5 years of leadership in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily outbound dedicated delivery operations, including picking, packing, bill of lading verification and route departure adherence.
• Ensure picking accuracy through standard work, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Coach and develop hourly team members to meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as bill of lading hand over time, shipping accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, workload planning, training, and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer requirements and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.
