Job summary

Workwear Outfitters—leader in work apparel and footwear—seeks a Supervisor for the Customization Department within our Nashville-based distribution center. You will lead, schedule, and optimize order processing, allocation, and documentation while coordinating with Customer Service to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Customization Department within the distribution center.
• Oversee daily order processing activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Order Allocation to ensure orders are shipped and billed on time.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure orders are entered correctly and information required for shipping is accurate.
• Monitor customization documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Identify and resolve order processing or documentation issues impacting deadlines.
• Oversee payroll activities and ensure time records are accurate.
• Oversee receipt and management of contractor trim inventory.
• Review inventory receipts and address discrepancies with purchase orders.
• Train and develop employees to ensure procedures are understood and followed.
