Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, customization, order processing, inventory control, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising employees and coordinating daily departmental workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customization Department within the distribution center.
• Oversee daily order processing activities for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Order Allocation to ensure on-time shipping and billing.
• Work with Customer Service to ensure correct order entry and shipping details.
• Monitor customization documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise payroll activities and employee time records.
• Oversee receipt and management of contractor trim inventory.
• Schedule staff to meet workload and deadlines.
• Train and develop staff on procedures and workflows.
