Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead the distribution center team, manage production flow, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will train and counsel associates, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with internal and external customers to meet service levels. Requires strong communication, MS Office skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned associates in the Distribution Center on the 1st shift.
• Monitor the flow of orders, provide training and counseling, and track attendance.
• Ensure safety standards, quality, and policy compliance in daily operations.
• Process assigned orders within shipping requirements and generate production reports.
• Support internal and external customers to meet service expectations and deadlines.
