Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Distribution Supervisor for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Mon-Fri). You will supervise associates in the Distribution Center, ensure on-time, accurate deliveries, and oversee safety, quality, and policy compliance.

You will monitor production flow, coach staff, prepare production reports, track attendance, and support internal and external customers while fostering a people-first culture committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
Previous supervisor experience preferred.
Strong communication and computer skills required.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Supervise assigned associates in the Distribution Center on the 1st shift.
Monitor the flow of production, provide training and counseling, resolve issues, create production reports, and track attendance.
Ensure safety standards, quality of work, and company policies are maintained while processing orders.
Support all internal and external customers by meeting service requirements and expectations.
Communicate with all levels of personnel and be trained on several tasks within the department to fill in where needed.
