Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments within the distribution center.
• Manage 7–10 hourly supervisory staff to meet schedules, cost, and quality targets.
• Handle physical and system-based product receiving and replenishment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling system data with physical counts.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly workforce KPIs and trends.
• Drive continuous process improvements across the DC operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Participate in budget planning and periodic reviews.
• This is a second shift role with hours around 2:30 pm–11:00 pm.
