Agile Cold Storage is hiring for a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative in Joliet, IL. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with brokers and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining order documentation.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and strong English communication skills. The position involves data entry in the WMS, light administrative tasks, and coverage for team members as needed.

Competenze

• 2 years of customer service experience or an appropriate education/experience combination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet.
• Clerical skills for managing files, records and office procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a pleasant, cooperative demeanor under deadlines.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints about work-orders, shipments and inventory.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments in the Dock Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate between customer, broker/freight forwarder, and warehouse operations for invoicing and credits.
• Process invoices and verify accuracy of computer-generated invoices.
• Prepare paperwork for customer work orders and respond to special requests; track orders.
