Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a warm, professional experience for every caller and to coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, follow up to confirm needs, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. In-person role based in Bishopville, MD with a 2nd shift and rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs.
• Create a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every caller.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are clear.
• Navigate multiple systems to input and manage customer information.
• Turn frustrated or uncertain customers into confident, loyal ones.
• Work closely with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
