Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a broad range of custodial tasks across client facilities in Puerto Rico. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, restock supplies, and maintain bathrooms while following established standards and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of handling industrial cleaning equipment such as buffers and shampoo machines to deliver a clean, safe environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail, energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and accessible surfaces daily.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; wipe walls and doors as needed.
• Restock bathrooms and supplies; dispose of trash daily.
• Detect and report equipment or facility issues to supervisors.
• Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers as per specs.
• Snow removal from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform periodic tasks like high dusting and wall washing.
• Other duties as assigned.
