Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform custodial duties across our facilities, ensuring clean, safe environments for occupants. Under supervision, you will sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors and surfaces, restock bathrooms, collect trash, report maintenance needs, and follow established procedures.

No prior experience is required; you should be able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to operate cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs, spot clean daily and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces.
• Wash windowsills and interior glass; clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Collect building trash daily and replace liners.
• Report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out to supervisors.
• Perform periodic tasks like high dusting and leather/wood polishing.
