Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and common areas; perform dusting and polishing as directed.
• Wash windowsills and interior glass; maintain bathrooms and restrooms.
• Replace liners and restock supplies; collect and dispose of trash daily.
• Report potential hazards to supervisors.
• Perform snow removal as directed.
