Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform custodial duties across building interiors. The role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies under supervision by the Custodial Manager.

Responsibilities include operating floor machines, detailing surfaces, and reporting any maintenance needs. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and delivering quality service with consistency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces in buildings.
• Operate standard floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs, spot-clean, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windowsills, glass, doors, and interior walls daily.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supply levels.
• Report equipment issues and any defects to supervision.
• Assist with snow removal from walkways as needed.
