Venture is seeking a 2nd Shift Cross Dock Supervisor to lead inbound/outbound logistics operations for our automotive-focused client programs. You will staff, direct, and optimize the shift, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate handling of shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 1–3 years of automotive logistics or crossdock experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or business related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive Logistics or Crossdock environment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical and operational planning of inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor on-time receipt and delivery window conformance.
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines.
• Train, test, and certify material handlers.
• Oversee receiving and loading of trucks and paperwork.
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Manage KPI deck for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain and communicate load status to customers.
