Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tooling setup understanding.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen/green card or protected status).
• Physical duties include standing, lifting 35–40lbs, and overhead work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold heading machines per specs.
• Load materials and monitor machines in production.
• Study drawings to determine operation sequence for fabrication.
• Measure and test units to detect defects.
• Fabricate replacement and new parts for machinery.
• Install and maintain facility machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
• Produce and rework tooling per drawings and specs.
• Maintain work area and secure tools and equipment.
• Adhere to EH&S, quality, and company policies.
