Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a CO2/Inergen Assembler in Marinette, WI for 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Mon-Thu with OT). You will assemble CO2 and Inergen systems, drill nozzles, calibrate torque wrenches, and perform rigorous tests up to 6000 psi.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble CO2/Inergen components to spec using prints and procedures.
• Operate Bridgeport boring machine for nozzle drilling.
• Test assemblies with pressure and water testing up to 6000 psi.
• Set up equipment including fill machines, cranes and presses.
• Record inspections and maintain 100% inspection forms.
• Move parts using forklift and ensure quality control throughout.
