Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years welding experience in all weld processes.
• Must pass 2G and 4G weld tests.
• Ability to learn mag particle weld test.
• Read prints proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up tank parts onto shells with fixtures and jigs.
• Weld components to form tanks per weld symbols.
• Measure, fit, tack, and weld per prints.
• Grind shells to ensure proper joint as per print.
• Weld per ASME code and QC standards.
• Visually inspect welds; perform tests or repairs.
