Job summary

Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Richmond, Illinois is seeking a 2nd Shift Shop Foreman to lead the manufacturing operations and drive safe, efficient production on the Richmond site.

You will manage day-to-day workflow, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, quality output on heavy equipment and CNC machining processes. The role requires strong leadership, CNC experience, and a proven track record in manufacturing management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of CNC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to obtain internal forklift and overhead crane operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directly participates in the operations of the site and runs an optimum day-to-day workflow.
• Builds an effective, cooperative team and ensures safe operations at all times.
