Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Richmond, KY plant. You will supervise maintenance activities to support production, ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will coach team members, maintain training records, and lead toolbox talks while guiding the maintenance group toward safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or HS Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Has high standards of performance, accountability, and integrity in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance processes with detailed accuracy, and discipline.
• Coaches and assists all employees with problem solving.
• Teaches, trains, and keeps accurate records of training.
• Ensures all quality standards are met, and preventive maintenance is performed on time.
• Monitors safety, housekeeping, and team performance; conducts toolbox talks daily.
