Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32 inch.
• On-site work in Richmond, IL with first shift.

Responsibilities

• Follows assembly instructions and reads work instructions and blueprints.
• Operates cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts to assemble components.
• Maintains safety and quality protocols and assists teammates.
• Identifies issues and communicates with supervisors to resolve builds.
• Uses PPE and ensures tools are in good working order.
