Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of precision CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years in lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with CNC setup and operator duties.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T; interpret inspection data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize department production schedules.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and tool issues on the shop floor.
• Ensure ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality procedures and inspections.
• Mentor and develop 5-8 CNC operators; support hiring.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
