Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational CNC training a plus.
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software; HAAS VF-8/40 experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint interpretation to determine machining requirements.
• Program CNC machines using SolidWorks and FeatureCAM.
• Set up CNC machines with tools and raw materials.
• Operate Haas VF-8/40 milling machines to spec.
• Adjust and calibrate machine settings for target specs.
• Perform first article inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain and clean machines; document maintenance and production.
• Manage scrap to keep workspace clean and efficient.
