Job summary

Durex Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to support Haas milling operations and ensure quality parts. You will load/unload materials, read blueprints and drawings, and perform basic setups and offset adjustments.

You will inspect finished parts with calipers and gauges, document measurements, and collaborate with leads and quality personnel to meet production standards. This shift offers a 15% differential and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Load and unload parts, perform basic machine setups, and make minor offsets.
• Follow CNC programs and maintain quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate Haas CNC milling machines safely to produce quality parts.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings to understand part requirements.
• Perform basic machine setups and tooling changes.
• Monitor machining operations and inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
• Identify and report machining or quality issues and assist with basic troubleshooting.
