Job summary

Reliable Equipment Manufacturing Co. is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday.

This role involves setups, editing and updating programs, building tooling, and validating parts using inspection equipment. Candidates should have a HS diploma and at least 3 years of machining experience. Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to set up CNC jobs and edit programs when required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using inspection equipment to validate parts.
• Ability to train new employees on processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups and edit/update CNC programs as needed.
• Build tooling for jobs and ensure proper tool selection.
• Operate and troubleshoot inspection equipment to verify conforming parts.
• Train new employees and share machining best practices.
• Provide guidance on tools and procedures to help teams succeed.
• Support department with additional duties as assigned.
