The candidate should have 1+ year in CNC machining, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency in CAD/CAM tools. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential, with good teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years CNC machining/programming experience or training
• HS diploma or GED; vocational CNC training a plus
• Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
• Experience with HAAS VF-8/40 advantageous
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/drawings to determine machining needs
• Program CNC machines using SolidWorks/FeatureCAM
• Set up CNC machines with tools and materials
• Operate Haas VF-8/40 milling machine
• Adjust/calibrate machine settings to specs
• Conduct first article/q.C. checks
• Maintain machines and records of maintenance/production
• Manage scrap to keep workspace clean
