ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Operator for the 2nd shift in Manchester, NH. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components with tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate can read technical drawings, interpret GD&T, and work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. Strong math skills and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of G-code and CNC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Familiarity with various materials (stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.).
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize scrap.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Document production and quality results.
