Swagelok in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Level II Machine Operator for our manufacturing team. You will produce fluid-system components, operate and monitor equipment, and follow quality plans to meet high standards.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, safety focus, and a path to skill growth. The position pays $18.40–$25.80 per hour on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:45 pm–1:00 am) with overtime and a 10% shift differential off-shift; a $1,500 sign-on bonus applies after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) needed.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follow production system and participate in daily shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and specs; inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Identify issues and elevate to keep production on track.
• Complete preventative maintenance and maintain clean, safe work area.
