Job summary

Holt Technical Staffing partners with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company to hire a 2nd shift CNC Miller. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components on a 2:00 PM–12:00 AM shift, Monday–Thursday, with a 3-day weekend.

This direct-hire, full-time role offers stability and growth in a modern CNC shop. Candidates should have proven experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T, performing tooling and offset adjustments, and

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist.
Strong experience with CNC milling and machine setup.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Experience with tight-tolerance components.
Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and workholding.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
Perform tooling, workholding, and offset adjustments as required.
Inspect finished and in-process components using precision measuring equipment.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Work to tight tolerances and maintain high-quality standards throughout production.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
