Job summary

SolomonEdwards is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Mill & Lathe) for an onsite role at our Monrovia, CA headquarters. The position covers a second shift (Mon–Thu, 2:30pm–11pm) with a base pay up to $36/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential, overtime at 1.5x, and an annual bonus based on performance.

Health benefits are fully covered, with PTO and company holidays. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, tooling changes, program adjustments, and rigorous quality

Qualifications

• 4 years of CNC machinist experience (lathe or mill)
• Must have machine set-up experience, not operation only

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components from engineering drawings.
• Perform tooling changes, program adjustments, quality inspections, and troubleshoot to ensure efficient production and high quality standards.
