Jobot is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist - Lathe Heavy in Anaheim, CA for a 2nd shift, 3 PM to 1:30 AM schedule with on-site work and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities include operating CNC mills and lathes, reading complex blueprints, and applying 2- to 5-axis machining expertise to produce precise parts. You will troubleshoot equipment, improve processes, and mentor teammates while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of CNC machining experience on mills and lathes.
• Experience with 2-3-4- or 5-axis machining and programming is essential.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality parts.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and a clean, organized workspace.
• Experience calibrating equipment to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including mill and lathe operations, to manufacture parts per specs.
• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production.
