Job summary

Mazak Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift FMF Supervisor to oversee CNC machining operations, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead a team across mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment to maximize throughput and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Significant experience in CNC machining operations required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow across the machining area to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop machinists and operators with clear performance expectations.
• Drive output, efficiency, and labor performance using production data.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in setups, tooling, offsets, speeds, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure parts meet print specifications and GD&T requirements; oversee inspections and quality.
