Job summary

Alliance Workforce Management is hiring a Chiller Operator for the 2nd shift in Owasso, OK. The role involves operating and monitoring chiller systems in the Ready-to-Eat production area to ensure proper cooling, food safety, and product quality.

Responsibilities include documenting temperatures, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining logs and compliance records. The ideal candidate has prior machine operating experience in a food manufacturing setting, knowledge of food safety

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required; food processing or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and temperature control requirements.
• Ability to monitor equipment performance and recognize operational issues.
• Stand for extended periods and work in refrigerated environments.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Spanish language skills are considered an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chiller systems to maintain required product temperatures and cooling standards.
• Load, unload, and track Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products throughout the chilling process.
• Verify and document product temperatures, cooling times, and product movement records.
• Monitor chilling operations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety requirements.
• Conduct sanitation inspections and pre-operational checks on chiller equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs, production records, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products during the chilling process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
