Job summary

You will load, unload, and track products, verify temperatures, and document movements. The job requires following USDA, HACCP and GMP guidelines, performing sanitation checks, and working in a cold, fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines, preferably in food processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and temperature control requirements.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Able to work in cold or refrigerated environments.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
• English reading/writing and strong verbal communication; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chillers to maintain product temperatures.
• Load, unload, and track RTE products through the chilling process.
• Verify and document temperatures, times, and product movement.
• Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Perform sanitation and pre-operational checks on chiller equipment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or temperature deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and temperature logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
