The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Foods Refrigeration Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on maintenance and safe operation of ammonia-based refrigeration, HVAC, and boilers within a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include repairing and troubleshooting production systems, adhering to safety policies, and ensuring readiness for audits. Competitive hourly wage, non-exempt, full-time status, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- First Class Stationary Engineer license.
- Refrigeration recovery license.
- HVAC system maintenance & repair.
- Predictive Maintenance concepts and PdM findings interpretation.
- Available for occasional travel and for working 24/7 shifts.
Responsabilités
- Support ammonia-based refrigeration and HVAC systems maintenance.
- Safely operate and maintain production facility infrastructure including boilers and related systems.
- Complete compliance documentation for audits (AIB, OSHA, EPA, etc).
- Collaborate with QA and Warehouse to ensure effective communication.
- Identify and correct hazardous conditions and participate in safety procedures.
