Nspproteins is seeking a Chiller Operator for 2nd shift in Owasso, OK. The role focuses on operating chillers, maintaining temperatures, and ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires experience in a food processing environment, ability to work in cold conditions, and strong English communication skills. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Experience in any machine, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and temperature control requirements.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Ability to work in cold and/or refrigerated environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor chillers to maintain required product temperatures.
• Load, unload, and track RTE products through the chilling process.
• Verify and document temperatures, times, and product movement.
• Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Perform sanitation and pre-operational checks on chiller equipment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or temperature deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and temperature logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
