Job summary

RRD in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated team member to join the bindery crew on the first shift in a climate-controlled environment. You will load and move materials by hand, operate hand trucks or dollys, label and bundle goods, and prepare pallets with all required paperwork for shipping.

Responsibilities include using banding equipment, occasionally operating automated equipment, and supporting offline tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Should be able to stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment
• The ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area.
