Job summary

RRD in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a dependable team member for the first shift in our bindery crew. This climate-controlled role requires manual handling, pallet building, and packaging duties in a fast-paced environment.

The team performs loading/unloading, labeling, and pallet movement with banding and clinching operations, ensuring accuracy in paperwork and shipping readiness. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and paid time off along with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic shrink-wrap or strapping equipment operation (shrinks, bands, tape).
• Ability to work on an inserter attached to a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Convey materials to designated areas using hand truck or dolly.
• Attach tags/labels to materials and record information on cases or containers.
• Bundle materials using banding machine and clincher; assist with loading and moving as needed.
• Build pallets, prepare paperwork, and move pallets to shipping staging areas; perform floor tasks and clean-up as required.
