Job summary

RRD is seeking a motivated team member to join the Green Bay bindery crew. You will load/unload materials, move items between storage and work areas, label materials, and assemble bundles for shipment. This role operates in a climate-controlled environment on the 3rd shift with a $3 per hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks or shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage to work areas using a hand truck or electric dolly.
• Attach tags/labels and record information on containers.
• Bundle materials, band with a machine, and assist with loading moves.
• Build pallets and perform off-line tasks (floorwork, cleaning, breaks, packing fixes).
