Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine and select appropriate interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu and group settings and supports activities throughout the shift.
• Prompts clients to complete ADLs and supervises mealtimes with appropriate boundaries.
• Conducts client safety monitoring, crisis intervention and therapeutic interactions as needed.
• Documents services, shift notes and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
