Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare's Silvermist Poconos in Lake Ariel, PA, is hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients in behavioral health and addiction treatment, working closely with clients through daily programming and documenting progress.

Candidates with passion for helping others are encouraged; previous behavioral health experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in mental health, substance use, or residentialTreatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients entering the program.
• Positively engage with clients and provide support throughout their treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client logs and shift communication records.
• Monitor medication lines and assist with maintaining an organized medication process.
• Coordinate and support client activities and programming.
