Odyssey Behavioral Group is seeking a 32 Hour Swing Shift Behavioral Health Technician to join Silver Pines Treatment Center in Mahanoy City, PA. The role supports clients, assists with daily living activities, documents in client records, and collaborates with the clinical team to maintain a therapeutic environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience with mental health clients, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education level: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience working with clients with mental health issues.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions.
• Engages clients in milieu activities and group settings.
• Assists with ADLs and maintains room hygiene.
• Conducts drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Documents services, incident reports, and shift notes daily.
• Ensures safety and therapeutically supports clients during crises.
