Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw ingredients according to batch sheets and production orders.
• Prepare and stage ingredients for production lines.
• Verify ingredient identity, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, and food safety protocols.
• Maintain documentation of weights, usage, and batch records.
• Operate scales and batching equipment; ensure sanitation of areas and tools.
• Report discrepancies or quality issues to supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control and FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhere to safety policies and use of PPE.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet goals.
