McClancy Foods & Flavors in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Pre-Weigh/Batching Operator to accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to batch sheets and formulas. You will stage ingredients for production lines and verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and identities.
From following GMPs and HACCP to maintaining batch records and collaborating with production, QA and warehouse teams, you will help ensure food-safety and efficiency while handling multiple ingredients and shifts.

The Pre-Weigh/Batching Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and preparing raw ingredients in accordance with production formulas and schedules. This role ensures all ingredients are staged and ready for processing while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
